Shipping time-frames depend on individual orders as they vary from country to country. However, it will take on average in between 20 to 60 working days for the order to arrive.
Please allow for us to process and prepare your order for shipment, which can take about 5 working days and then also allow for the shipment airline to deliver it to you.
International Shipping can have delays related to customs as every individual country has its own custom rules and regulations. Therefore, please do allow for certain delays that are not in our control but relate to the authorities of the country the order is being delivered to. Therefore, we require you to be patient and co-operate with us regarding external matters that are out of control.
Once the order has been shipped and we have sent you a notification on it being shipped, then you will have to wait for the order to reach you and a refund will not be possible unless the good is damaged or is not what you ordered.
If You have ordered two or more different items, they may be shipped in different packages and the shipping times of both packages may vary. This is due to the fact that our products are produced and stored in different warehouses in different countries and are shipped directly from there. However, be sure that all your items will reach you even though they may have different arrival times. We will appreciate your co-operation in this regard.

Return And Refund Policy
All goods and services can be returned if the good is not what it was initially shown to be. If the good is not as mentioned, the customer needs to communicate it to the store within 3 days of delivery received by the customer.
If the good is not the prescribed good as shown by the store, a full refund will be given. However, it may take time for the store to give a refund as many procedures need to be followed.
However, once the order has been shipped and we have sent you a notification on it being shipped, then you will have to wait for the order to reach you and a refund will not be possible unless the good is damaged or is not what you ordered.
